The service department is top notch. Reid and Lori are honest and easy to work with. They take good care of our car, and they give excellent customer service with their friendliness, accessibility, and knowledge. John Tiner was easy, efficient, and thorough in sales. Had everything ready for me to look at. We purchased our new Jeep Cherokee from him. Thanks for hanging around for us after shift! We love it!

I would not trust this dealership with any vehicle. I have been to this dealership twice and both times i have left dissatisfied and unhappy with the service i received. I have never experienced such carelessness and disregard of someones safety. The first time, they got the inside of my vehicle dirty and did not replace the valve stem cover. The second time, they rotated my tires and DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS. I tried to drive away and immediately knew something was wrong. I went back and told them the lug nuts are loose and THEN they properly secured them. The manager David gave the excuse of some of the technicians are not as experienced but never once apologized. I had to repeatedly explain the gravity of the situation to the manager. If my wheel would have come off of the vehicle due to their carelessness it could have resulted in a fatal accident. With the wheel not being secured to the vehicle, it damaged the wheel itself and they told me that it was not damaged and made me feel as if i was crazy. After convincing them to take the wheel off and check, they realized that it was in fact damaged and they had to replace the entire wheel. I am taking my vehicle to a trusted mechanic to have them make sure there is no further damage. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
