The work order did not match the quote I had gotten one day earlier. As a result, I did not receive all of the products and services I expect ( luckily, I wasn't charged for them either). The sales rep attempted to sell me a second lifetime alignment starting that their lifetime alignment was only good for the life of the tires - which is not true. I was never presented with a work order to approve - either before the work started or while work was being performed. The invoice was wrong when it came time for me to pay. On top of all those issues, there was grease/oil all over driver's carpet, seat, and door panel when the car was returned to me. I still have to go back about the work that was not performed.

Ever since I took my expedition in for a simple tire plug and was comvenced I need an alignment job. So I gladly signed up because I love my truck. But..... ever since then I have had power steering leaking problems and my tire is still leaking air. For 300$ I would like to have my stuff working . I called up there and the manager said it was 4 weeks ago that my service was done and they can not help me. Funny how all this happened after I went to "that" firestone. I'm going to call clark howard at channel 5 news!
