I was here 1 time 2016 let’s say they don’t watch kids like they should sooo I was a female youth and a male was inside my room 1 hour before they realized they couldn’t find him it was alright until the lack of security declined, I was discharged because of this incident then they stole all my clothes wouldn’t even return them lol let’s say if you want your child at the hospital getting a shot or 2 with a you know what kit from the lack of security watching male and females on the same unit here’s this place. Also, not to mention the staff sleep at night lol how you let me get behind the desk to steal a apple ??? This was 2016 my first and last time here yeah I don’t recommend at all if you want better treatment call peachford or willowbrooke even though tanner is in Carrollton it’s worth it!

It takes some time to get used to the way things work here, but once you understand the system of recovery they have in place it's a much more pleasant experience. All the staff treated me very well, I'm sorry other people had a bad experience and I can't speak for them, but I know that I came out a better person than when I came in.

I would not even give this place 1 star if I had the option. I had no choice of coming to the facility and was forced here. As I came in I had sit in the intake for 5 hours after just being in the hospital for 24. No one talked to me in the intake for 5 hours as well. I left the facility with 7 days of being in there because they used my insurance for money. I have been having PTSD and more anxiety problems from this place since I have been out. Watching people get abused and given shots to put them asleep with any consent is RIDICULOUS. The staff was so lazy they couldn’t even get me a cup of water when I waited all day. This place needs to be shut down immediately, and if you have the option DO NOT send your child or self there. I will be contacting police and health department to get a lawsuit going. Save yourself from more problems than you had when you came in.
