        The insurance agents do not answer the phones! The one time I did get through to one of them answering, they answered the phone BUT THEY PLACED THE PHONE DOWN and didn't respond for like 2 minutes... They were talking in the background and a women was giggling and speaking Spanish to her friends in the background! I ended up hanging up! Wasting my time! Here some advice, get a voicemail so people like ME can leave a message since no one answers!
