My old insurance broker (Velox) did not communicate with me properly- and my insurance lapsed due to my card being declined. I found out about the lapse by calling them to make an inquiry on my policy 3 months later!! The person helping me; well lets just say they were not very helpful (and I was already upset that they never notified me and I had been driving uninsured for SEVERAL MONTHS). I decided to try someone new so I called Sol Services and was assisted by someone named Natalia. I am so grateful for her expertise and attention to detail. She explained everything so well and answered all my questions. I was able to get a great deal and had my car legal to drive in less than 30 minutes! She also let me know that they will contact you via phone if any issues arise- which gave me peace of mind in getting my coverage from Sol. Thank you so much Natalia! You are a gem!!
