Peter quoted me $5500, $1800 more expensive than another 2 quotes I had, but my father insisted I go with him because of another person in the mix recommending Peter to my father. I called to cancel, but Peter was quick to purchase all the equipment and responded that he would give me 3 years of maintenance twice per year, which included changing filters, adding freon, and checking for leaks and other issues. Annually after those 3 years would normally cost $120/year, meaning this maintenance package was only worth $360, while $1800 more expensive. Just did not seem worth it, but I still moved forward. I have a voice recording of all of this and even requested invoice for proof/confirmation of maintenance package for the future. Came to install next day, insisted we pay cash/check, afterwards promising to send me the invoice that night, which he did not. The following days I had to chase him daily for my invoice, with him always coming up with an excuse or flat out ignoring me. I let it go since it was just an invoice. Last month, exactly 30 days ago, I ask for follow through of that maintenance he promised. As you can see from the photos, he would either continue leading me on or he would flat out ignore me. I chased him for service for 1 entire month. This man is a fraud.

Was recommended to 2Seasons by a co-worker as we needed our hvac unit replaced...Peter was pretty responsive & prompt in coming out to replace the unit (which was very difficult, so I applaud him for being able to replace the unit). However, after installing the unit it took Peter four days to send us our warranty info after promising we'd have it within a few hours after he left our apartment...notably there wasn't an issue processing our check the night he performed service.
Similar to other reviews, beware of the service quality afterwards...
... the fan on our unit is extremely loud and for the last two months we’ve been trying to find a time for Peter to come back to turn the speed down. His phone now goes straight to voicemail and the main number on the 2Seasons website does not work, so I have no way to contact Peter. Supposedly we have two years of free service from TwoSeasons, but if no one actually responds, there’s no follow-up service to be provided!
Beware: the TwoSeasons website looks very legit, but the actual operation is shady at best given a) Peter seems to be the only person capable/able to do any repair; b) Peter asked us to pay him in cash/check despite the website saying they accept credit cards (our mistake); c) Peter is frustratingly difficult to get in touch with.
We tried getting Peter to come out a few weeks ago but he was visiting his family in the Caribbean, and there was no one who could come out and do the repair before I went on a trip of my own.
If Peter becomes responsive & we are able to get our post-install issues fixed, I will change my rating, but I feel one star is entirely justified given we paid money for our hvac system to be replaced and Peter has gone almost completely dark on us since then.
