        Today I got a lesson in professionalism by watching Tommy putting in a Navien tankless water heater. He explained the steps in completing this task in away that anyone could understand. The knowledge and customer service Tommy demonstrated was refreshing to see and I would highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical to anyone needing plumbing work.
