Steve did an Outstanding Job refurbishing my deck, stairs and railing caps . In addition, he replace a few joists which I had overlooked and also an additional riser and a landing. The work was very meticulous and professional. The cost was very reasonable and respectable. I highly recommend him.

Guy who answers the phone (I believe he is the owner) is very rude!! First impressions of your business should be the way you answer the phone to the public. Don’t see how companies that are run by people like this are in business!

Be VERY, VERY careful hiring from this person ( Company ). All proof, documented in text messages. We exchanged many text messages of what work was needed on our company building. We sent images of what was needed to Steve ( Company ). Steve ( Company )sent a quote, $400 followed by another text. Steve ( Company ) states only a estimate until he seen the work. We asked if he would put a gutter on, Steve ( Company ) quoted ( I do not do gutters). Assuming the work would be done professionally, the roof metal sheets would be replaced. Received text by Steve ( Company ) only will get to it in middle of week to fix. Steve ( Company ) sends text he has started, does not inform what will do, does not tell what exact price will be, less then 1 hr later has finished. Steve ( Company ) demands his money. I inform him, we must see his work. He demands full payment, no invoice, wants full payment. We ask for invoice of quoted price. Steve ( Company ) will not provide, can not justify why cost was $400. Please see images of what Steve ( Company ) believes is a job justifying $400 balance. Steve ( Company ) claims 1 and 15 minutes, 45 min drive back and forth, with labor this is his cost. We did not agree to quoted price for minimal work. The work was nothing more in our opinion then a gutter, which Steve ( Company ) stated he would not do. No metal roof panels were replaced, simply two pieces of bent metal, please see images. Work was not done to satisfaction, left hole near roof open. We offered to pay Steve ( Company ) what was MORE then fair rate of work, 1 hr labor, less then $40 in materials $200. Steve ( Company ) declined, wanted full amount, $400. Steve ( Company ) began sending threatening texts, then harassing texts after we informed him to stop. Was forced to file with local police department as well as inform the public on line. In our opinion, this person ( Company ) is very unprofessional, please be very careful. We should have read the reviews of this person ( Company ) on line first.

Had an appointment scheduled. He never showed up or called to explain a reason why
