        Quinton provided exceptional customer service! Most roofing companies throw you to the side if youre not getting a full roof repair but they didnt and were great with follow up !

        Hero Roofing sales man Travis Thames met with me and went over the entire process. I had a full understanding of the entire process prior to being ask to sign anything. We reached an agreement and signed the necessary paperwork. The process began with some trim work replacement that had been damaged due to Hail. Some of the trim work was overlooked by the contractor and a single phone call to Travis and the contractor was back the next day. The roofing process began with my metal roofing replacement. The metal crew arrived on time. Did very good work. Cleaned up the area of all scraps and screws. The shingle crew then arrived and replaced the shingle roofing. Drip edge was installed. Ice and water shield applied to the valleys. Starter shingles installed per the shingle manufactor. Shingles were alternated thru bundles to not have patchy colors on the roof. Cap shingles applied correctly. Ventilated Ridge Cap applied with hand driven ring shank nails instead of using the nail gun. Caps installed over ventilated ridge correctly. Final product looks amazing. Clean up was also very nice. Three sweeps for nails was done. No trash left in the yard. This was a very easy process and Travis held his end of the contract. Any concerns have been quickly handled and I highly recommend if your looking for any roofing needs you reach out to Travis Thames with Hero Roofing. You can't go wrong.

        I was very impressed with the service I received. Jonathan was great from the initial quote to follow-up after the installation. He kept me informed of schedule changes due to weather. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The roof looked great and is guaranteed for years. Thanks, Cheryl

        We had a hail storm and a small tornado in January of 2023. We called Quinton at Hero Roofing . He was out here the same day and identified damage the insurance company fail to notice. From that point on, everything was on cruise control. He coordinating the siding replacement and full roof replacement and six window replacement along with smaller cosmetic items. Thanks to him and Hero Roofing our house is now better than before and looks fantastic. The crews were on time, professional and courteous. They will always be my go to roofing company.
