The whole process was very simple. Austin did an initial inspection for hail damage and helped me through my insurance claim process. Once we got the claim approved it was a very quick turnaround, within a week, to get the materials here and his crew working. They were very thoughtful through every detail of the roof, adding extra protection to ensure proper drainage and waterproofing. Their crew was big enough to make quick work of the roof, done and all cleaned up at the end of the day! I bought their "gold" package which, in my opinion, was worth the extra protection from any wind or water damage. Austin was very willing to explain every detail and answer all my questions. If you live in the Lithia Springs (or surrounding areas) there was a hail storm in June that caused damage. Be sure to give them a call and Austin will do a quick, FREE inspection. During the crazy times of the Tornado impacts I was referred to Tru-Top by a family friend. Ben was the point man for my job and his communication is best in class which was key in why I chose to go with them. Ben as well as Bill, the owner, came out to to meet with the insurance adjuster to help along the claims process. Roof was completed in one day and cleanup was thorough.
