Live Oak Exteriors

We just had our roof done by Live Oak Exteriors and we are so happy with the way it turned out and how smooth the process was with this company. Ashleigh was awesome at keeping us updated throughout the whole process and helping us file a claim with our insurance company. She was very helpful every step of the way. The day before installation Blake called and informed us about supplies- he even had his team drop them off a day early to get a head start. The day of he communicated with us and provided us pictures and updates on the process and how it all was going. He was very helpful as well and made sure we had no concerns during the process! Blake and Ashleigh definitely made this a smooth and easy process for us and were willing to work around our work schedules as well. We are very thankful that Live Oak showed up on our door step and helped us get such a wonderful deal on a beautiful new roof! We had the best experience. Don diligently helped us with our insurance and was wonderful to work with. Steven, the project manager, was responsive and communicated with us. He and his crew did a great job on our roof!
