Precision Tune Auto Care - Newnan

I'm not sure what part of doing business here was more impressive: the part where they had the lowest estimate of 4 different shops, the part where they replaced my AC compressor and had it charged and ready to go in under 24 hours, or the part where no one in the entire process tried to sell me anything I hadn't specifically asked for. These folks did a jam-up job with an insane turnaround I dropped my car off at 3:30, and they had it ready by the next afternoon. (They also checked to make sure the problem I reported was indeed the issue and didn't slap me with some additional fee for it.) Between dropoff and pickup, I could not have spent more than 10 minutes here total, which is, to me, the ideal transaction. Throw in the fact that I paid $300-$700 less here than I would have anywhere else, and they've got my business as long as the doors are open. Service: Air conditioning

After the check engine light came on, the TEAM at Precision Tune took it from there. They took care of me in a polite and honest way. They didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, rather they prioritized the needs of my SUV and told me what was a must and what I could hold off on for a while. My Check engine light came on. I took it to these guys and their technician (Jeremy I think his name was) diagnosed my car in no time. Havent seen the light since the repair was done. I have used this particular shop for the entire 15 years Ive owned my car! I trust no one else with my vehicles! Wayne, the manager, is the epitome of a great man and person! Women dont have to ever worry about being messed over because theyre women! They actually make it a point to make sure youre comfortable and safe! A great shop! Always honest and I haven't had any issues with their work. I'd feel comfortable having my wife come up here and not getting railroaded. If they say it needs to be done, it needs to be done. They've never tried to "upsale" me.
