Isaiah is wonderful. Extremely personable, genuine, knowledgeable, and diligent. He very much seems to care about making sure all is fixed correctly and will make sure it is before leaving. I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know!

They were able to come the next day after I called to assist my built in microwave and let me know what was going on and what I needed to do. Unfortunately my appliance was knocked out per the recent power outrage. I was inform of what model I needed per the replacement and they installed an up-to-code GFI out for the new product.

The person answer the phone and I explain that I was requesting services today. The person indicated he charges $95,00 for a service call and will deduct the fee from repair if needed. I said that's fine, I'm calling from a business establishment. He then said how will I pay. I explain we usually get an invoice or by credit card. He then asked again about payment. I repeated myself. He then said you can just take your business somewhere else.
