This place is a SCAM they will cancel your weekday classes the night before... they are very uncooperative with transfers and reschedules. Then after months of cancellations will not refund your payment. Joe Lockett is indeed a scam artist disguised as a councilor... get a real job Joe!

This school is an all in one place. The classes are flexible for anyones schedule which is why I chose it and everything worked out just as I needed. Clean and quick. I also got my clinical evaluation here on top of the DUI class. Will recommend to anyone trying to get this over with and move on with your life.

Everything was good until it came time to get my certificate, i dont understand whats so hard about sending an email and the man that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional.

****GO SOME WHERE ELSE***** When Ty was working with the company there were no problems! Now the owners daughter Tay is having some part in it and it’s been nothing but mess!!! She’s trying to tell me I owe $100 more dollars then what I do owe (which is fine because they already sent something with how much I owed before she started trying to mess things up so that nonsense won’t hold in court) she said her dad the owner doesn’t know what he’s doing when it comes to that yet Ty had everything up to date and I paid 100 but basically I’m missing 100 on my balance AFTER the daughter Tay started trying to handle it! I’ve been asking for over a week for a updated progress report on classes and once she finally sent it she didn’t actually do her part of work she just went to update the previous report so she never updated the last class I took which was at least a month and a half from the last class I actually took and I didn’t catch that until after I forwarded it to my probation but when I said something now all of a sudden ever time I’m calling the owner says his daughter (which she’s the one who told how it’s all a family business, of course he treats it as she’s just a hired worker) is in a meeting and they are no longer responding to the emails about getting a progress report!!!! This is for my probation but it’s cool because if the probation think the documents are falsified they’ll be subpoenaed to court with me! IVE SEEN IT HAPPEN! IM BEYOND CONVINCED AT THIS POINT THEY'RE TRYING TO RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!! They have it to where if you use your card you’re charged $10 so of course you’re using cash but then all of a sudden your payments don’t match what you’ve paid! THEY ALWAYS CLAIM THEY'LL SEND YOU YOUR RECIEPT BUT ITS A SET UP!!! MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RECIEPT BEFORE LEAVING THE PRESENSE OF THIS SCHOOL OR ANYTHING DEALING WITH MONEY HERE!!! I also have a interlock with the owners son which is part of AJA dui school as well. I haven’t received proper proof that I’ve been paying on that since February either but I haven’t had any issues with the interlock and any dealings with him. So far Heith has been very helpful and has worked with me concerning that. Yet I still don’t have proper proof so I’ll be sure to leave an updated review once I’m done with that to see how that goes!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS SCHOOL AND IM REGRETTING EVEN DEALING WITH THIS PLACE!!!!! The only up side is all the locations are clean!
