This organization is completely disorganized, unprofessional and unresponsive. I started trying to schedule my daughter's on-the-road training in October, and after dozens of attempts to schedule time, they were finally able to fit her into the schedule in January (more than a month after her birthday). After she got her license again, they called because they couldn't find her paperwork, which I submitted multiple times. Do NOT use this company!!!

We have not had our sessions yet, but I am reviewing them right now based on their willingness to work with me and resolve some misunderstandings during the COVID situation and getting our appointments rescheduled. They are willing to work with me and make things right, and that goes a long way!

While trying to schedule my driving lessons, we have gone through 3 instructors that have either randomly quit or never got back to us. The instructor I am trying to email to schedule with now hasnt got back to me in a week and honestly Im very frustrated. I would NOT recommend this place, but sadly for me my school uses this company in conjunction with drivers ed classes so my lessons have already been paid for but I cant actually get anybody to drive with.

Witnessed a driver instructor speeding on Hwy92 trying to pass on the right and tailgating, she was also on her phone texting... couldn't safely write down her license, but will not ever use this company.
