They are very nice peoples some of them when I initial got the cricket service, I paid more than I should have and cricket never gave me my credit or my money back, the manager told me that she tried to get a credit or one month of fee discounted she apparently never were able to get ms.wilma whitfield that credit I've been with your company now for aleast one year, I would like if this matter were look into and I got my credit back thank you

I was going in to buy a cheap phone to hold me over to I find something that I wanted. But the store manager Latoya had something else in mind for me. She convinced me to go from android to apple something I never thought could happened . Im glad she did. The customer service was better than I expected it be as well. Great environment and energy from the whole staff
