        This store is horrible. I went to add a line with phone I already had. Jasmine kept telling that I get a free accessory with the new line. She then told me that with activation and 1st month payment I owed 106+ . I asked how was that possible and she said they just charge more when you bring a phone. I really only owed 62 but she charged for the accessory. That's what I consider a lie and a scam. I may even change phone providers after this bad customer service.

        Jasmine was so amazing and she helped me to switch from another carrier. She stayed with me through the whole long process and was very helpful. I'd recommend Jasmine and Carla both at this location!!!!!!!
