        The older lady with the short maroon hair is the rudest person I've come across in a while. So much for building yourself a solid clientele. I've been in the beauty industry my entire life and now work in sales. Here is MY advice.... pay top dollar and go to a real salon. Where the staff is courteous and friendly. I'll never send business there. Ever.
