My daughter went in to shop with some friends and use her gift card from Christmas. She came home visibly upset because an associate yelled at her for cutting in line at checkout. She was with 4 other friends who checked out right before her and was looking at some of the items they have near the register. The customer behind her was nice enough to let the girl know she was in fact next in line. I work retail so I get we are all tired from the holidays. But as much as we want our guests to be nice to us, we have to do the same even if its just a teenager because this is the very reason so many are shopping online now.

I ordered enough to receive gift w purchase. It was NOT included and when I called, I was told "oh, well, the warehouse ran out." Why didn't you contact me bc I would've canceled my order. Ulta offered a gift card ....I don't need their money...I just want honest transactions and no fraud.

I went into Ulta around 4:30 on 4/12/2023 to get some products for an upcoming trip. My grandmother wanted me to get her a shower cap. I asked the associate if they sold shower caps and the girl (Abigail) was the name on my receipt told me they didnt sell them. Without even asking what kind of shower caps I was even looking for she didnt even offer to assist me at all. I had previously worked at Ulta and remembered we use to sell shower caps, but I wasnt sure if they still did. I had to look all over the store to find one. When I got back the associate (Abigail) goes I thought you were talking about a plastic shower cap. The whole experience rubbed me the wrong way. The associate could have showed me the shower caps they do have but was too lazy or unmotivated to do so.
