Will not speak on the Sales Dept but the Service Dept, specifically Tony Hooper was the worst experience. Very unprofessional, rude and nasty. Referred to the car lot as my lot as if he was the Owner. Attempted to charge for services not asked for and when declined became nothing short of disgustingly unprofessional. There is a pending investigation into the dealership because of Tony Hooper.

We arrived at the dealership late one evening and Justiss was ready to help us find our new vehicle. Justiss and Jonas provided great customer to make the process smooth and not to painful.
