I've been getting my annual mammograms here as well as a diagnostic sonogram for over 10 years. I'm always impressed with the consistently professional and kind service I've received. I've never spent over an hour from start to finish and the Techs have been very patient, gentle and reassuring. Thank you for the great service!

One hour wait past your appointment time and turns out the doctor says the images arent clear to read. This has never happened with other locations, whats the point of this place if they cant provide a pleasant experience or even do their job right?

I went into this facility to get a chest x-ray, the receptionist couldnt find my Dr. Order because she did not check their centralized schedule. After many rounds of phone calls with my doctors, she finally figured out where to locate the order. 20 minutes later. Then, I was called to window 4 for registration , after 30 minutes tying on her computer and asked me a few racist questions, the lady name Kenshia worked up a cost estimate for my x-ray of $1750 and my co pay was $500. I told her, this pricing doesnt feel reasonable for a simple chest x ray and I would like go elsewhere to get this service done. Her manager ( Dorisha) immediately stopped by and punched on key board for a couple seconds and then gives me a second estimate of $285 copay and ask me if I want proceed with them. Very disappointed to feel, medical facilities has no standards to follow and the whole experience fell like a con. I ended up going to HOPE imaging center in Duluth as cash patient and paid $65 for the X ray. Friend also recommend another imaging facility that he use to go and only get charged a $25 co pay with Insurance.

Chest X-Ray Rip off. Went to this facility because my primary care provider Pandya Medical wanted me to get a chest X-ray. Was told this was a "preferred" facility for them. It was a walk-in appt to get a chest X-ray. Waited 45 minutes for a 5 min imaging. Came home and didn't really think about too much till I receive a bill for $765 for an X-ray. Yes, you read that right. My insurance (UHC) paid a pre-negotiated contracted rate of $342.72. Northside still wants to collect from me the rest - $422 for this X-ray. Mind you, if you have a doctor's referral order, you can walk into an American Medical Imaging and get an MRI (a much expensive procedure) for $550 cash price. They have been calling on me to collect this payment every other day. They are an unscrupulous business - please stay away from them.
