Center for Women's Diagnostic Imaging at Northside Hospital Duluth

Excellent staff but the location is in an outpatient center. It gives you a hospital feel. The waiting area is ok. The robes were not warm and cozy like their Lawrenceville location. There were no snacks. A bag is given and instead of using the locker.

Horrible. Getting an appointment is a nightmare. Called to confirm appointment. Talked to 3 different people. Vicky Courtney. No one knew anything. And Vicky is the one who scheduled the appointment. The gatekeepers not doing there job. They seem not to know how to use their computers

The actual people you deal with when getting the imaging done are great, hands down. But the scheduling process is needs a good bit of work. Was offered a 7 am appt, took it & was told to allow 2 hrs. Automated call said I had an 8 am appt, but arrive an hour early, Confirmed, but called the number to get clarification. Was told yes, get there at 7 for 8 am appt, but I should allow 3 - 4 hours! Took the early appt to work around my work schedule, and my co-workers. Very annoying.

Professional, caring, quick in and out, gowns are soft and warm. Love this place~
