        I have found that the tellers are very helpful. If I have had a problem they have worked hard to fix it. The only problem I have is with their ATM machine when depositing money it has a hard time reading the checks which makes me have to put in all the amounts.

        Always slow service and rude employees. I regret banking here. Two stars because their online banking is easy to use.

        These are the rudest people I have tried to deal with. I'm a local small business owner. Needed to break some Bill's so I could make change. After being rudely told that they didnt have the means to give me change, they rudely told me to go elsewhere. I will NEVER bank with SunTrust and will try to influence anyone who asks to go elsewhere, also. I had to give one star in order to post this review. A negative or no star wasn't an option.

      Were temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures.
