I have been a customer for 20 years. In early November I called to get my tank filled for the winter. I too was told the tank had to be moved and they refused to fill it. I have called many times and the tank has not been moved and it is almost empty. When it is empty they can come get it. Do not use them.

2 year customer. Came out to fill the tank for the season and left a note saying it needed to be moved. Made no effort to contact my wife who was home to do so. I called and then was told 1 month for someone to come back and move it and another month to fill it. Told them to come get their tank. 2 weeks ago now. Hows that for great service. Would give no starts if possible.

Consistently do not do what they say they will do and no help when I called the manager.

I called to get my tank refilled. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. Blue flame delivered same day.

I accidentally ran out of gas on the weekend. I called the guy on call several times and he never returned my call. I was told on Monday I couldn't get any gas for 6 WEEKS! I spent half a day trying to find a different company, (Ranger Petroleum in Pike is AWESOME!) and then without even calling me back to let me know they were coming, their truck pulls up in my yard!!! I took the gas because RANGER was trying to find me a tank, but as soon as this tank is gone... bye bye Spalding Gas!
