5 years ago Dexter came out and suggested a new AC system. I agreed and he installed a Rheem system that promptly stopped working. He returned with a replacement unit that has cost me more than $1000 a year to keep running due to failures. Dexter stopped answer my calls and coming to repair my system causing me to have to use a different company. After 5 years (and paying more to keep that system running than I paid to have it installed) I am having to come out of pocket for a brand new system. I was told that Rheem would probably cover this years costs (Just got another $1100 quote to fix the latest failure of this system) if the original installer was supporting this but Dexter won't even return my calls or text messages. Dexter is a nice guy but I wouldn't suggest anybody use him for their HVAC. Services: Installation, AC maintenance
