Tri-City has been managing a property for me for decades. They have been wonderful. My property has never been vacant for more than a month whenever there was a change in tenancy. I did a renovation on my rental a year ago, and they got the job done well and within budget. They have terrific vendors that are reasonably priced and do a great job. Their responsiveness is quick and efficient and give you personal, focused service as if you're the only customer! If there comes a time that I decide to sell, I know they will handle the transaction with great care - because they truly care! If you are looking to buy a rental property, I would very highly recommend the impeccable services offered by Tri-City. A+++

If you're looking to rent a home that Tri-City manages DO NOT hesitate. These guys are really amazing landlords and worked with my family in so many ways to make our experience top-notch as renters in Peachtree City, Georgia. Would definitely rent from them again without any reservations. We had an awesome experience.

It's been 5 years since I last wrote a review about this company. My outstanding opinion remains the same. These folks spoiled me as a real estate owner and made it so easy! If you are thinking about listing your property with this team, I can't speak highly enough about our out-of-state ownership experience with them.

This is a family-owned and family-operated business and they do such a fantastic job! As a renter in a house managed by Tri-City, I can't speak highly enough about them. The second I notified them of an issue -- even a minor one -- they were on top of it and corrected things with the nicest contractors who did phenomenal work! I also have a little insight into how they take care of the property owners and I vow, when I get a rental property in this area, Tri-City will be the only ones who manage it. Further, we ended up buying the house we were renting from them, and they made things very easy for us and fought to get everything to the finish line for both us and the previous owners. I can't speak highly enough about them.

It has been great experience working with Tri Cities. From applying to moving in to any questions or requests I have JD is so helpful and quick to respond. JD is professional but very personable. I highly recommend.
