Havent been to this store in years. Staff was extremely helpful and they had what I needed.

The store manager was engaged on the internet or something, but wasn't very helpful. Sort of blew me off. Could not answer basic questions about printers. She didn't know much about the stores products. Started to just walk and spend my money elsewhere. However, the staff was very much engaged and was able to assist me and answer my questions in a professional manner. The result was the purchase of a $350 printer. Kudos to the staff. Spent 30 years in Human Resources. This manager should be fired or given an opportunity to improve as a store manager or downgraded from this position. What say you Office Depot.

Today at the office depot location in Fayetteville, Georgia, I experienced the best customer service I have encountered in my lifetime. Cee Cee and Kevin provided exceptional support services, and their attention to detail was extremely refreshing in securing the needs of my print project. In addition, I would highly advise anyone to take the time to stop by this location for all of your business, home, and office needs. JOB WELL DONE!!!

This was one of the best experiences Ive had in a store in a while! It was literally a one stop shop (print, paper cut, and stamps) for me and the staff were so helpful! Truly a good experience.
