        Awful treatment ! I felt so uncomfortable. I just needed to fax a document and the young lady made me feel like so unwelcome ! They need better way to treat people!

        I had to find somewhere that could and would fax a copy of my late husbands death certificate to a specific dept. At the SSA. And. I had no clue what I was doing. But all I had to do was walk inside ask someone for help and they did the rest. They made everything so easy , it took all the stress and anxiety away. I say ty an gratitude to them for that. Oh ... And it didn't cost but a little over $1.00.
