Everyone is helpful. Not sure if (bubba) is the manager, but he greets everyone and helps everyone.. He's very polite.

I walked in to get a charger for my laptop I asked the customer service rep. He pointed me to them he also stood over my shoulder while I was standing there deciding to purchase I finally ask where are the mouse’s for the computers he pointed me in that direction I walk over soon as I looked up he was standing there over my shoulder as if I was going to steal something needless to say the statue just lost 150.00 because of the service rep not only that I do all my printing jobs and buy all my office products from here never had this problem. However I will be looking for another store to start doing my shopping

Ordered 3 boxes of pencils and colored copy paper online. When I recieved my items they was shipped in a bag and all 3 pencil boxes were crushed ,pencils everywhere and invoice taped to copy paper which was ripped!!!
