They stand by their work, a quality that is unfortunately becoming scarcer these days. They installed my tankless water heater, and a couple months later I want getting any hot water. The issue wasn't their fault, but someone came out the same day and helped me figure out the problem.

Extremely pleased with the results of my interactions with Jeff and his personnel (Brandon, Taylor, Sam). First, they quickly and efficiently took care of a nuisance bathroom sink leak. Then they offered us a great price on a toilet replacement, so we went with that project as well. We had previously experienced trouble with one of the polished brass handles on our three toilets, which Brandon addressed flawlessly. He also replaced the chrome handle on the new toilet with one of our existing polished brass ones, which was just what we'd hoped for. These folks are meticulous, careful, and clean. They show up on time and could not be more courteous and professional. I have nothing negative whatsoever to say about them, and would recommend them highly for any plumbing-related work. I certainly appreciate their integrity and their attention to detail.
