Update: Someone reached out to me after my review and they came back out the next morning to replace the spigot. I'm happy with the work that was done on the second visit. The guys seemed nice enough and I had Maxwell's out before to put in a new water heater, so I didn't feel I needed to breathe down their backs while they worked. I had a leaky spigot in the back that I have a hose attached to. They said they'd probably have to replace the spigot and I gave the ok, then went inside to work since I'm a remote employee. Twenty minutes later they said they were done, told me the price and that I also needed to call the county for a new shutoff valve by the street bc ours "doesn't work". Paid and called the water company who came out promptly to fix the problem which didn't exist. They showed me the shutoff valve and how it works. Then I went to check on the work that was done Maxwell's. I can barely turn the handle on the spigot, so yes, it isn't leaking, but they only changed out a washer and charged me $165. The spigot isn't new, only a new washer. I feel ripped off big time.
