Tim Hall built our house in 2021 / 2022, and we couldn't be more pleased. Tim is laid back and so easy to work with. He is always doing what is best for the customer. During our build, the costs of materials were skyrocketing, and many materials were difficult to get. Tim and his subcontractors did their very best to buy and store materials so they would have the materials when they needed them, and so they could get the lowest prices, trying to save us money.
As our house was being built, I was very, very pleased with the high quality of workmanship. I had to get him to correct just a few things, and he had them fixed quickly, without questions.
I HIGHLY recommend Tim Hall to build your dream home. You won't regret it.

Tim Hall built our home at Anderson Creek Retreat in Ellijay, Georgia, in 2013-2014. It was a challenging build from the start, but Tim did a wonderful job. The best compliment I can offer is that if I had to do it all over, knowing what I know now, I would still select Tim.

Tim Hall was our General Contractor for a home and barn in Gilmer County. The home was designed by an architect who was working with strict architectural guidelines and covenants. The initial building plan cost estimates were well over our planned budget. Tim guided us through elimination of non-value adding costs that brought the plans back into budget. Construction time was estimated at 12 months and we came in at 12 months even with a six week rainy spell that delayed getting the house dryed in. Tim was particularly helpful with site location and preparation for both the house and barn. Both have had no drainage issues . Tim provided monthly labor and material expense summaries that were comprehensive. Tim was responsive to all our questions and concerns throughout the building process. We are extremely pleased with the house and barn and would use Tim again!
