My wife and I engaged Robert Dobbs to build our dream house back in 2017. It was a custom rustic style home around 6,000 ft. After working with our architect, we broke ground in 2018. Mr. Dobbs estimated around a year to complete a project of this size. It was completed at a little over a year due to some weather delays.
Mr. Dobbs has an eye for detail and has great ideas developed over his many years in the business. There were many design elements in the interior that we did not plan for at the outset. We made decisions for them when the time came. Mr. Dobbs contributed to these decision and they turned out better than expected. One of the show pieces is our modified spiral stair case that matches the rest of the house’s motif. Everyone that sees our home compliments the detail and quality of the construction.
