Ordered products 2 months in advance and they were so late I had to ask them to overnight them to the venue 3 hours away, they got there the day before the event. I called several times to check on them and they just kept asking if I wanted a refund, knowing that at this point I am way over the time to order my products elsewhere. When they arrived several of the pieces were broken or the printing was so light you couldnt see it. Luckily I paid for the protection plan which sent me a replacement order. When we got the new ones the print job was WAY BETTER than the originals which I had already given out. Nightmare and stress filled experience with mostly poor quality products.

Website has literally everything in their range of products. Super navigable website. I ordered some glasses for my high school graduation party, and they came out very nicely, ink printed on very well with no chipping. Got a lot of compliments on them too! 10/10 recommend

Item arrived later than promised on the website and nothing like what was promised on the website. It was a small personalized gift for Mothers Day 2019. The details state personalizing may take 3-5 business days which would indicate that they come ready for you to pass out. Instead, the send you the item and a few pages of stickers that you have to place on the item yourself. Totally not what was promised.
On top of that, when you try to call and constructively advise the customer service rep to update the website to be more clear about what a customer will be required to do, she laughed and said it was my fault.
I do not leave bad reviews, but this requires one so that others do not make the same mistake I did. Customer Service in the Atlanta area has gone to the dumps.
