i bought 2 sets of false lashes from this location and upon opening the boxes and trying to get the lashes out to wear they completly fell apart! the band ripped off and each individual lash fell out, but theyre still literally glued onto the packaging and wont come off in one piece. idk if im even gonna try to return them because due to seeing a lot of other reviews idk if theyll take them back. super disappointed

Dont buy any of there products. I bought a misting bottle from them and I went home to use it and it didnt work. I took it back to get another one and the curly hair 4 eyed, square box, body girl wouldnt allow me to exchange for another one. She was acting like I was trying to get money back.

This was LITERALLY my favorite beauty supply store until today. Ive spent HUNDREDS of dollars here. I love to come and get what I need and browse around buying stuff I DONT need as all we ladies tend to do. Asians usually have the reputation of following people around the beauty supply store, but today it was two young black chicks and it was very unnerving. I make good money and was not raised to be a thief, and I refuse to patronize a store that treats me as such. Not only that, they were playing vulgar music (particularly Future, we all know none of his music is clean). Another customer even commented how vulgar the music waswhat if a customer was shopping with their kids?! No one wants to hear cursing while shopping . Ill be going to another Beauty Master from now on.
