Theyre okay. They usually have what Im looking for. I didnt think they were very nice when I first started going there but I looked past it, got what I needed, paid and left. Im picky about energy and where I choose to spend my money to support a small business. They werent necessarily rude but they werent exactly friendly either. I think maybe its because they are probably immigrants coupled with the fact that those type of businesses experience a lot of theft that perhaps they are cautious of people in general. Now since Ive been stopping in a couple of times a year over the last few years they seem to be a little nicer. Maybe its because they recognize me now. I usually speak & smile and Im usually in & out quickly. Its fine. Its purely a transaction, we dont have to be friends and Im okay with that.

Honestly im not sure what her name is but shes the cashier, shes so chill and super nice , def 5 stars i 100% recommend shopping here

Wide selection of items but 2 stars because they do not offer refunds. I made a purchase and tried to return 2 items(a bonnet and a heat protector) within 30 minutes of the purchase b/c the quality of the bonnet was not what I expected and I realized I did not need the hair product. I could understand not wanting to refund hair or makeup but I had literally just made this purchase. They did allow me to exchange for something else but I didn't need anything else and would have much rather preferred the refund.
