National Vision Corporate Office

I've been trying to get a copy of my contact prescription from National Vision that I paid for year ago when they were in the Walmart Store on Bell Rd. in Phoenix, AZ. National Vision has subsequently pulled their optical store out of the Walmart location and Walmart cannot access my records in National Vision database. Subsequently, I've had to email and call (several times) National Vision to try and get my prescription emailed to me. The prescription is due to expire shortly and to make matter worse, I've run out of contacts. It has been almost a month since I original emailed the request to them and every time I call to follow-up, I just get the run around. They keep saying the Records Department can only be reached by email, like they don't have phones. Horrible Customer Service!

I have emailed Americas Best customer service 3 times now. After research I found this is the corporate office. My glasses had to be replaced once already for a crack in the lenses. They were either on my head or in the case ALWAYS. The receptionist at the Harahan Louisiana location talked to me like I was a child. Policy states repairs in 30 days and it was less than 3 weeks. The recent contact is for the same issue. The glasses were always either in the case or on my head again. I am very unsatisfied with the support Im actually not getting response wise and that glasses Ive had less than 2 months continue to break when there is nothing that would have caused damage. 3 email attempts with no response is ridiculous. Email says youll get a response in a few days been 2 weeks now and 3 emails.

I was looking for a place to buy new pair of glasses but ended up here at the corporate offices following google directions! Not what I was looking for.
