        If I could rate this company a zero, it would be no-brainer. They must have more business than they know what to do with, but so did Sears Roebuck back in the day. Without question, the rudest customer service agent I ever dealt with in my life. I was simply trying to inquire about getting set up as a wholesaler of their products since we do all of our HVAC work inside with our own techs. However, she had no interest in listening and simply hung up. Unbelievable. The products they sell are readily available from other sources and if you are smart, you will contact a company that has at least some understanding of the term "customer centric" They are clueless in this area and actually seem proud of it.
