Very Impressed with the sense of ownership and ensuring the job was complete to my satisfaction. Shumate replaced my gas furnace two years ago. I was not so impressed with they way the house was heating up and with the colder than normal winter this year, I ask them to come out and see what could be done. I knew the original builder designed the system as cheaply as possible and it just was not working well with the new, more efficient units. Some experienced techs came in to look it over and for a very reasonable price, upgraded the design and even changed out the furnace to a larger unit. What was most impressive is that one person was assigned to ensure the work was done properly and to my satisfaction. He called me every day for several days after the work was complete so we could fine tune the settings to make sure the system performed to my expectations. Really nice work.

Showed them a bunch of business and worked it through with them and received a response that they will not handle this business. Gave no reason why and I kindly asked them and no response. Will never refer or use this company. Be weary of them.
