Arcadia HVAC installed our new system in 2018. Matt M. came to our house today for a routine service call on our AC. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was very impressed with Arcadia from start to finish. Cam, the owner, is passionate about what he does and it shows. He spent so much time answering my many questions and explaining what would work best for me and why. Surprisingly, it wasn't the more expensive units that others were pushing. At my request, he quoted those products too and was still reasonably priced but stressed I didn't need it. Tyler was just as awesome with providing our estimate and addressing our concerns. Installation was seamless and professional. They did a fantastic job and left the site cleaner than before. The reviews are well deserved. 1st , let me say that I have been in industrial maintenance and repair for over 30 years. I knew that both of my 23 year old HVAC systems needed replacement. I called Arcadia and spoke to Cam, he had a technician at my house straight away to evaluate my systems. Matt showed up on time and was professional and polite and extremely knowledgeable. After he reported back to Cam, I received a very detailed quote that reflected exactly what we discussed and what I expected. We were able to schedule installation for the following week. On the day scheduled, four technicians arrived on time. They worked as a team and attacked my job. ALL of them were courteous, professional, polite, and respectful of my home. They wasted no time. As promised, two systems completely replaced in one day! I could not be happier with end result. Old school craftmanship and attention to details. I feel as though I got the best possible value for my money. I give all of them my highest rating and will recommend Arcadia to all of my family and friends with great confidence.
