    Me and my family had a good experience when we went to get our eye exam, the doctor said that my wife and son need glasses so we bought them both some... they called and said the glasses were ready and when we went to pick up the glasses the lady had the absolute worse attitude ever and she claim she couldn’t find my wife glasses and after that it got worse, she talked to us crazy and then she grabbed her purse and walked off without telling us anything and never came back

    Amazing service. We were headed to Florida to swim with the manatees, and my daughter forgot her contacts. We got her prescription at the Carrollton location, but the Douglasville office pulled up her information and gave her some contacts to take with us. They saved us an out of the way trip to Carrollton!!! Thank you!

    I highly recommend this establishment. The eye doctor is great and takes the time you need. Justin was awesome at helping pick out glasses that were flattering and well fitting. He spent all the time we needed to make sure we were happy. Have used Sears optical for years, and have never had a bad experience.

    On Saturday, June 10th I arrived Sears Optical for a 10:30 appointment. I had scheduled several weeks prior. I was neither acknowledged nor greeted. I saw no noticeable location to sign in and a lack of staff. One gentleman was tending another man, while another appeared to be waiting her turn. I decided to browse the eye-ware and wait. As I walked around the store, the employee still did not acknowledge my presence but I decided to let it go. After 20 minutes, I grew impatient and asked the gentleman if he was the only staff there. His response was, "Right now.." I explained that I had made an appointment for 10:30 (the time was currently 10:50). He asked if I had filled out paperwork. I realized that the appointment I made had no effect on my visit, that this man was working with a customer who may or may not have had an appointment and there was at least one other waiting before me. I declined the paperwork and walked out. What is the point of an appointment if you cannot honor the time? I made the appointment because I don't have the luxury of waiting all day as a walk-in. I am very disappointed in Sears Optical and will not be going back.
