Be VERY aware of this guy "Marvin Leonard" and his company named "Build A Dream".
This guy (Marvin) is a theft, he gave my daughter a reasonable price for
work to be finish in his view in three to four weeks. Work great for three weeks, after that time no show want answer calls.
She has NO kitchen to cook in for three months, this is a single parent with children to cook for.

Do not use this company we supposed to had 2 bathrooms remodel he didn't finish the job and took our money he ask for half down 1.300.00 and came back and ask us for another 900.00 and started asking for the remaing remaing balance my bathrooms was even near finished everyday we had to call him ask him was he coming everyday he had excuses and he stop answering the phone we left messages and he never called back We had to call someone else to finish the job I was out of work 3 months we thought he was a nice professional guy he told us he was a single father raisings his son he acted like his was good guy he show us a lot of pictures of his work I believe it was somebody's else work my bathrooms never looked close to the pictures So we had to call another company to finish the job and everyone i called knew him and said he uses his worker and they never got paid either I would had gave him a 0 rating he started in November 2018 and he has not call us at all .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and I found him on Angie list. Be Aware!!!

Horrible!!!! I paid Marvin $2600+ for an incomplete job. He was contacted to lay flooring and build a wall, all which he started and did NOT finish. I have 3 kids and just a bought a new house and now I have to pay a second contractor to finish Marvin's work! I am completely appalled that he took my money and did not finish. I would highly NOT recommend Marvin and Build A Dream!!!!!!

I posted my first review 8 months ago and I was pleased with what Marvin completed in our home. However he was suppose to come back out and complete our patio in June to stain it and paint. He never showed up or returned our emails or calls. We pd for everything already. I'm not happy..Beware.
Marvin is a great guy who has an awesome team. I thank you so much for making my dream a reality. The hard work and professionalism from you and your team was hands down the best service I have seen in a long time. Again thank you!

Build-A-Dream Remodeling & Painting did a wonderful job on painting a wall on a very high ledge that I was not able to get to myself. I got a GREAT quote (lowest out of a few places I contacted) and the job was completed wonderfully! They even finished painting the rest of my loft area for me and it looks so much better than if I had done it myself. I also had them work on other items in my home (changing out thermostats, plumbing issues, etc), and even recommended them to my elderly neighbors who had a plumbing issue. Build-A-Dream Remodeling & Painting is VERY responsive and offer the best prices around. I would highly recommend them without hesitation. A+ Service and Quality!
