Mr. Sanchez and his team did a great job replacing our vanity/sink in our bathroom. Very pleased with the work and he is a very nice guy! We will be using him for future jobs for sure!

The work was terrible. He was to paint the wall but left me with this mess to wash off. The framing is not lined up correctly. I had him replace a light switch and when I bought the wrong one he left me with a half installed old switch. I would never hire him again. He does not know what he is doing. . Responded pretty quick . Work was terrible. Halfway did every project except two . I asked for a detailed estimate several times but never recieved one . Was very expensive as well . I didnt come close to getting my monies worth and the work was not quality. Have spoken with him 4 days ago and he has not come back to fix or finish the jobs. I'm left with unfinished windows , 90 % of what he was supposed to do I am having to finishing myself . Chalked over rotted wood instead of removing it and making the proper repairs . Told me one project he could not do yet still charged me for his effort . Paid to gave a room painted and he refused to paint the ceiling . Laughed at me when I asked him about painting the ceiling . Didn't patch nail holes or remove my curtains , in fact painted my curtain rods. Moved some furnature to get to the wall and scratched my wood floor . Put a 2x4 where a 1x4 should gave gone .I had to sand the piece to make it have an edge instead of a curved edge. Chalked rotted pieces instead of replacing boards . All because he didnt want to remove gutters to get to the wood. So much unbelievable things to list . Last 2 photos are of where I dug out his chalking and removed the rotted wood he didnt remove before chalking . Even complained that he had to pay someone to help him do the work . I'm dealing with health issues and he took full advantage of that . If you decide to hire this guy anyway MAKE SURE you get in writing who is paying for what including if he has to hire someone to help that he does not expect you to pay the helper yourself. Know When he will be done , and do not assume " fix " means acceptable work . To him "Fix" means the cheapest and easiest way to fill a hole even if it looks horrible . 12 / 2021 He has stated he does not know who I am , I assure you he does . I am currently trying to have him served but there is no business registered in his name and last check , he does not live at the address posted here nor is his business located there . Make sure you get a written quote explaining down to the nails who is paying for it and EXACTLY how it will be fixed . This man litterly charged me for 36x1 inch piece of insulation to go over the window he never finished . Plus charges me to come back to put flashing over the windows he installed because rain was pouring over the top of them into my home . AND I EVEN GAVE HIM THE FLADHING TO DO IT. I as
