Jason and his team are true craftsman at their job. Stephanie does the scheduling and she does a great job. His crew is always on time and they are very respectful. Could not be anymore pleased with the job the done on the bathroom remodel. I give them 5 stars all around.

My experience with KM Floors Inc and owner Jason has been truly exceptional. From the initial installation of our tile bathroom in 2021 to fixing an unexpected issue with our heated flooring this year, every step was handled with professionalism and integrity - which feels like a rarity these days. What makes Jason stand out is his genuine care for customers and how he stands by his words and his companys work. When our heated flooring stopped working I reached out to Jason to see if he had any advice, and he jumped right in, going above and beyond to find a solution! K&M is the BEST! The scope of my project included water damage repair, installing and refinishing a larger area of hardwood, and carpet replacement. The people at K&M did everything right.
The guys always arrived on time and were respectful of our home. Chase was attentive to every detail, beginning with the original estimate and ending when we moved back into the house. Brittany made scheduling easy for us and Jason (owner) also took special interest to make sure we were completely satisfied.
