      image When I called as a new patient for an appointment because of the problem I was having with my thumb I asked the young lady two three times were they in the network she even told me hold on and she came back and said yes we're in the network now I get a claims statement from my insurance and it says they're out of network I am very upset that it cost me more than it should by them saying that they either didn't check or just didn't tell the truth
