The management of this place was superb at following through on the promises she made, and she did it within the timeframe she gave us. We were a touch nervous, since we're downsizing from selling our house and moving into an apartment due to our age and health, but everyone at this beautiful, warm and welcoming complex has made us feel like they are really looking forward to us moving in. They have treated us more like "friends" than just "tenants", and I have to say, it was a VERY pleasant surprise. I do so wish more people would follow their example.

My wife and I have lived here for just over three years. About six months after we moved here there was a property management change. Definitely for the better! If we have any issue or problem with our apartment, it’s done in a timely manner. Enjoying our retirement here!

I have live here almost a year and look forward to signing another lease. The location is wonderful with easy access to I75 and within walking distance of downtown dalton. I have had one issue with the AC not working during the summer and it was fixed the same day it went out. This is an excellent place to call home.
