Stone Brooke Apartments

I viewed two different units today (2br & 3br). The assistant property manager, Mary, did a great job of helping my know the different amenities available if I decide to sign a lease. She is extremely knowledgeable and overall an easygoing, and lovely lady to talk to. She did not make me feel rushed or pushy in any capacity. Thank you again, Mary for all of your help today!!

I do not recommend, My daughter applied for these apartments, they only want one to apply and then they make many excuses so that one does not qualify.

This place is a joke when it comes to applying. Dont waste your money on an application and also the managers assistant is RUDE and not helpful AT ALL!!!

$3,000 Stolen read this carefully. As the reviews suggest, this apartment is terrible. My coworkers lived here for two and a half years without ever missing a payment. They have also never delayed rent payment during their tenancy. Furthermore, they have not caused any damage to the property nor have they caused any inconvenience to their neighbors. However, the landlord was aware that they would be leaving earlier because they are Korean business travelers and needed to return to Korea. When they tried to renew their contract, the landlord demanded an additional deposit of over $3,000. Later, when they needed to leave the country, they attempted to add cosigners to the contract to ensure they wouldn't lose their deposit. Although the landlord initially agreed, she later rejected the cosigner after my coworkers left the USA, and proceeded to evict cosigners, withholding their deposit. Do not trust this landlord; she is not honorable. She may insist that she notified them, but I'm certain this landlord intentionally exploited their language barrier to unfairly extract money from them We've been trying to resolve this with the landlord, but she has refused to discuss it at all. I hope the money will be helpful in her life. Thank you.
