        Super poor customer service. Everyone that works here hates their job. I have never walked in and anyone was smiling. They aren’t polite to customers ever and customers are the reason they have a job.

        Great store! I use this UPS location very regularly. They are always friendly and helpful with any shipping issues I've ever had. I’ve not once had a problem of any kind with them. Not sure why so many people have left bad reviews. Reading them, these customers seem to mostly have a shipping issue that is totally unrelated to this specific UPS store front. Once something leaves the store, it's completely out of their hands.
