I had a very involved problem with my phone. Nicole who worked there took notes and then tried to resolve the problem. It did take her awhile but we think it is fixed.

We were prompted by T-Mobile (via text message to our Sprint phones) to come and do a “simple SIM swap” to start using the T-Mobile network from our (relatively new) Sprint phones. The “simple and easy to use swap” turned into a plan change, a price increase, and a reduction in service - despite explicit language in the T-Mobile materials that no plan, billing, or price changes would be required to switch SIM cards. I don’t know where the disconnect is, but I was not impressed with the customer service we received - the process or the tone.
We will find a different store to do business with. After going online to T-Mobile/Sprint I was immediately prompted to order an “at home SIM swap”. I ordered two such kits and they will be here in two days, at zero cost and with no change in service plan. 🙄
