Read the fine print!! Special in the papers never line up with reality. My hole already dug and septic tank lid exposed. Same price!!! How is that??

Made an appointment over two weeks ago to have them come out and inspect my house as to why my septic was seeping out into my yard. A couple of days before the appointment their representative called stating they where going to have to reschedule my appointment because other people had emergencies. I told her then that my was getting to become an emergency itself. The morning of my appointment she called again and stated that they where again going to have to reschedule. I explained to her again my septic was pooling in my yard and I really needed them to come out, besides the fact I had already taken the day off. She had no sympathy at all saying she did not make those decisions. I asked to speak with the person who did make that decision and she told me they would not come in until 12 that afternoon. That he would call me when he came in. That was 9AM Thursday the 14th, as of 5:15PM on Friday the 15th , I have still not received a call and every time I call the number to the representative she picks the phone up and lays it down, never answering it. I would recommend this company to nobody. They obviously don't care about customer service and can't keep appointments. Good thing I got in touch with Tri State septic in Covington, they where happy to help and very sympathetic to my problems .

Was charged an extra $50 for "excessive solids" above their quoted price with no advance warning. Other than this, was very pleased with their service.
